Weekly Training Guides
The weekly training guides are designed to help provide some structure, recommendations, and examples for athletes individual training at home. When players work on their technical and physical capabilities at home, it directly impacts their performance on the pitch and allows for teams to focus on tactical elements of the game during team practices.
