Virtual Training Live

This week LUFC is launching our next phase of online training.

LUFC coaches will begin hosting live virtual training sessions via Zoom on Mondays and Tuesdays. The live training will be based on the Weekly Training Guides but will offer some additional instruction and provide players opportunities to engage and interact with coaches and players.Training will be done by age group at the specified times below:

Players are expected to dressed for the weather, have a ball, cones, and a Zoom capable device.
