Spring Referee Training

Spring Referee Training

Spring Referee Training Course

March 3, 2021

Lakeshore United FC is looking forward to resuming outdoor play in a few short weeks, and we are looking for referees!

We will be hosting virtual soccer referee training prior to the spring season. Upon completion of this free course, attendees will be able to officiate Community Soccer league games in Sheboygan, Sheboygan Falls, Kohler, Howards Grove, Elkhart Lake, or Manitowoc.

This course is recommended for all new and returning referees. We introduced a lot of play format and rule changes this past fall especially for grades 1-4. Part of being a good official is to engage in constant reviewing of the rules and reflecting on how to improve.

*Individuals must be at least 13
*Most Community Soccer League games are Saturday mornings
*Season begins on April 17
*Season concludes with the Community Soccer League tournament from June 25-27.

Becoming one of our Community Soccer referees is a great opportunity for youth and adults alike. In addition to getting a unique perspective on the game, referees gain valuable leadership experience and get paid for doing so!

With flexible scheduling, referees can officiate as little or as many as their personal schedules allow.

If you are interested, please pre-register at the link below and the details for the Zoom meeting will be sent to you.
